To register for the 2008 Black Glove Cello Festival online, please fill out this form.   All areas
must be filled in.   After you have submitted the form, you also need to send a $50.00
deposit to complete your registration.  


We also ask that if this is your first time attending the BGCF, that you include a cassette tape
including the following:

Intermediate:  a 2 octave Bb major scale, 4 eighth notes slurred, and 2 short excerpts from
contrasting pieces of solo literature, not to exceed 2 minutes each.

Advanced:  a 3 octave D melodic minor scale, 4 eighth notes slurred, and 2 short excerpts
from contrasting pieces of solo literature, not to exceed 2 minutes each.

These tapes are used only to give us an idea of your playing ability to aid us in assigning
appropriate music, so choose excerpts that clearly demonstrate your current playing level. 
Clearly label your tape with your name!
